In this discovery mode, Avec DT team will be gathering and validating customer's business requirements, finalizing the high-level solution approach, making inroads to define all in-scope workstreams, and project plan.
Avec DT team will be building the solution per the agreed upon solution design and scope. Implementation reviews are conducted to validate solution design with the customer.

Prepare
Avec DT team will internally test the solution, demonstrate to customer's project champion and train key users to prepare for user acceptance testing. Upon successful completion of user acceptance, all end users training, and cutover is planned for successful go live.
Customer solution is live. Avec DT team monitors solution and usage of the application, takes feedback from users to fine tune and plan for enhancements for the next phase of the project
